  • Compliance with policies and procedures
    Check if DBB Valve suppliers give easy access to valuable information to base your selection of vendors. This includes evaluating contracts to ensure that they comply with the legal requirements and policies of your company.
  • Face-to-face requirement
    Prefer DBB Valves which meet the face-to-face requirements of ASME B16.10. As a consequence the valve can easily be installed into an existing pipeline without the need for any expensive re-work on the pipeline.
  • Spare part service
    Consider, your DBB Valve supplier should offer a reliable spare parts service for DBB Valves and an easy communication with a local hotline and physical support.
  • Industry standard
    Define with your project team which standards the DBB Valves have to meet, like fire safe in acc. to API 607, ISO 10497 and compliance to NACE MR0175 & ISO 15156 or manufacturing in acc. with PED.
  • Certification and Traceability
    Consider, DBB Valves should have the material test certificate 3.1 according to EN 10204. And an unique code should be stamped on all relevant components linking them with their material and chemical analysis certificates.
  • Fugitive Emission
    Keep in mind that stringent legal requirements force certain industries to track and limit Fugitive Emissions.
