Face-to-Face Requirement

The major benefit of a DBB Valve is that it has the same face-to-face dimension as a single block ball valve. The length of a single block ball valve is specified in ASME B16.10 and APl 6D.

As a consequence the valve can easily be installed into an existing pipeline without the need for any re-work on the pipeline.

Planning and modernization work

As piping engineer, you have the possibility to exchange already installed single ball valves with DBB Valves without taking care of all the action which is necessary to adjust the distance between the two flanges of the pipeline.
